Position: IT Specialist| Audit - IT, Data & Analytics
The Audit - IT, Data & Analytics team is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professionals to join us at the level of Assistant, in our Nicosia or Limassol Offices.

The Team
As a member of the IT Audit team, you will perform challenging projects for clients across different industries, linking business to underpinning IT systems. Our team keeps up with information technology trends and emerging risks that impact our clients, ranging from compliance risk and IT risks to financial risks. You will be client focused and use your analytical mindset to identify risks, control them, and improve IT processes and controls.
The Role
The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participates in IT Audit engagements, either as IT Specialist supporting the Firm’s audit function or at standalone engagements.
- Identifies and evaluates complex business and technology risks, controls that address risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
- Analyses how the organisation, processes and IT systems work
- Understands business process controls, application controls and IT controls
- Audits IT organisations, IT processes and IT systems against regulations, standards and good practices
- Identifies what & how to improve business processes and reduce the residual risk;
In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work with guidance from senior team members.
Requirements
- Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Any previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve results, whilst maintaining a client focused approach
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
